1. What this service is
We provide Destiny Matrix readings: a free chart and guided chat, and paid personalized digital products — written readings generated with the help of artificial intelligence from the birth details and answers you provide, bonus audio and guide files, and (for Destiny Review Circle members) monthly live 1-on-1 chat sessions with written session notes.

All content on this site — charts, chats, readings, audios, and live sessions — is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and informational purposes only. It is interpretive in nature and is not, and must never be treated as, medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. Nothing here guarantees any outcome. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
3. Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 to purchase. You certify that the information you provide at any point (chart generation, checkout, support) is true and complete.
4. Purchases, billing, and subscriptions
ClickBank is the retailer of the products on this site and processes all payments; your card statement will show their descriptor. Some products are recurring subscriptions and are clearly labeled as such before purchase — including the Monthly Matrix Forecast (trial period, then billed monthly) and the Destiny Review Circle (billed monthly). A subscription is billed each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through ClickBank's customer service (clkbank.com) or by emailing us — cancellation stops all future billing immediately, and you keep everything already delivered.
5. Refunds
One-time digital products carry a 60-day money-back guarantee: email us or contact ClickBank within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The Destiny Review Circle carries a first-session guarantee as stated on its offer page. When a refund is processed, access to the refunded product is closed.
6. Delivery and your Reading Room
Products are delivered digitally, immediately after purchase, through a private access link ("your Reading Room"). Personalized readings are generated individually and are typically ready within minutes. Your access link is personal — please don't share or publish it. Live sessions are booked from your Reading Room at times shown on our open calendar and are held one member at a time; if you miss a session, write to us and we'll do our best to restore your seat.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
All site content and your delivered files are for your personal use only. You may not republish, resell, reproduce, or redistribute any material from this site without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other buyers' content, disrupting live sessions, or submitting unlawful or abusive content.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with a purchase is the refund policy above.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
