What we collect
Information you give us: your first name, date of birth, email address, the topic you choose, and anything you type into the chat or a live session (your questions, wishes, and messages). If you purchase, our retailer ClickBank collects your billing details — we never receive or store your card number.
Collected automatically: standard device and usage data via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), used for analytics and advertising measurement as described below.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your chart and your personalized readings, deliver your purchases, provide live sessions, answer support messages, send related emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link), and measure and improve our pages and advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
AI-generated readings
Your personalized readings and live-session replies are written with the help of an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic's Claude). To generate them, the details you provided — your name, birth date, chart, and the words you shared in chat — are processed by that service under commercial terms that do not permit it to use your data to train its models.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors that run this service: ClickBank (retailer and payment processing), AWeber (email delivery), Anthropic (AI generation of your readings), Meta and ClickMagick (advertising measurement), Fidbak (audio streaming), and our website hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs for its function.
Live sessions (Destiny Review Circle)
Messages exchanged during a live session are stored privately so we can prepare your written session notes, and are automatically deleted 12 months after the session. Your session notes remain available in your Reading Room.
Retention & security
We keep your reading data while your access remains active so your Reading Room keeps working, and delete or anonymize it on verified request. All pages are served over SSL encryption; payment processing is handled by ClickBank under PCI-compliant protocols.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@destinymatrixreading.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including complaint to your supervisory authority. Note that data is processed outside Europe, including in the United States and Singapore. You can opt out of targeted advertising in your Facebook ad preferences and unsubscribe from our emails with one click.
Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version.
